Hi there, and welcome to my CFL blog! I’ve loved the CFL since my grandfather took me to a Tiger-Cats v. Argos game when I was 10 years old – 8 years later, I call myself a hardcore fan of the Cats and this wonderful league, and roar Oskee Wee Wee with pride. Despite living in Jakarta, Indonesia, I follow the league with a keen interest and devour all content I can get – game recaps, highlights, analyses and more.

While watching games and reading the news, I have a bunch of interesting thoughts (at least I think so) that I want to share on this blog. I’m not pretending to be a big-name analyst who knows what he’s talking about from years of experience – I write to convey my deep passion and interest in the CFL, and I hope to connect with readers who are not too dissimilar from myself: fans who think a lot about the league and love nothing more than a good debate. On that note, if you don’t agree with something I write, let me know! A big part of why I love this league is the friendly debate and discussion amongst fans, so I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments section.

Aside from football, I love cycling – I own a 1975 Raleigh Scorpio racing bike – and reading, in particular collecting Lonely Planet guidebooks (I have 30, give or take). I’m in my last year of high school in Jakarta, which is an exciting and vibrant place to live, but unfortunately lacks a strong CFL fanbase. I also love listening to podcasts about the CFL and retro video games.

That’s about it, really! I aim to post about once a week, perhaps more during the regular season. I’d love you hear your thoughts on anything I post, and would greatly appreciate it if you like a post or follow the blog – however, even just your readership is massively appreciated. See you in the End Zone!
